Matt Patek Car Accident – Authorities in New Braunfels said a man from North Texas passed on in a chain-response mishap Tuesday evening on Interstate 35.

New Braunfels police and firemen reacted to the accident at 1:45 p.m. in the northward paths of the 2900 square of I-35 North close to FM 306, where they found a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 truck had crashed into the backs of two 18-wheelers.

The driver of the Silverado, who has since been distinguished as 39-year old Matthew Wade Patek from Mansfield, passed on at the scene, as per NBPD.

Specialists said the truck was going at a high pace and “couldn’t stop for easing back traffic.”

The truck previously collided with the rear of a rock haulier and the force made the Silverado wreck into a second 18-wheeler, getting stopped under it, police said.

The 37-year-old driver of the rock haulier was moved to a medical clinic with wounds that were not perilous. Police said the driver of the second large apparatus was not harmed.

Specialists said a post-mortem for Patek has been requested, however, liquor isn’t suspected to be a factor.
