Anthony “A.J.” Johnson, who played Ezal, a vagrant with illicit drug use, in Friday and E.Z.E. in House Party, passed on Friday. His demise was affirmed by a representative. He was 55. No reason for death has been uncovered.
As per TMZ, Johnson “was found inert in a store recently in Los Angeles and raced to a clinic, where he was articulated dead.”
Johnson experienced childhood in Compton, Calif. His dad was a prime supporter of the Black Stuntmen’s Association. Notwithstanding stand-up, he showed up on TV in such shows as Moesha and South Central.
