Little Cottonwood Canyon Death – A 25-year-old stone climber kicked the bucket Sunday evening when he snatched a freestone while scaling Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah authorities said.
Artisan Boos of Salt Lake City tumbled from the gorge divider when a stone close to the Gate Buttress came free in his grasp around 1:15 p.m. revealed.
“He fell around 20 to 30 feet, and rocks fell on him,” Sgt. Tune Cutler of the Salt Lake City Unified Police Department told the Gephardt Daily. He kicked the bucket at the scene. “It was a blend of both.”
“It is somewhat difficult to fold your cerebrum over,” Sgt. Ed two slope told KSTU. “Sort of searching for ‘What could I have improved,’ who to a fault, and there’s simply nothing. They did everything right and it recently broke.”
