The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office announced that Christopher Gallon of 20881 Sunrise Way in Boca Raton was travelling south on Camino Del Sol moving toward the convergence of Palm D Oro Road, at a high pace.
As the Corolla moved toward the convergence, the driver of a Nissan Rogue began to divert left from Palm D Oro Road. Gallon, driving the Corolla, struck the front left of the Rogue which constrained the Corolla onto a lush middle. Once in the middle, the Corolla began to slip, making it flip onto its rooftop.
Hernandez was killed in the accident; he was the traveller in the Toyota Corolla car at the crossing point of Camino Del Mar and Palm D Oro Road in Boca Raton.
