Kendall Frost Obituary – The survivor of a Tuesday late evening shooting has been recognized by her family as 20-year-old Kendall Frost, of Grand Rapids.
The shooting occurred around 8 p.m. Tuesday in the space of Paris Avenue SE and Griggs Street SE. At the point when officials showed up at the scene, they found a lady with an obvious discharge wound.

“She was extremely capable, exceptionally instructed, and extremely adored by both her mom and father and her whole family,” Womack said. “She was a great, honest youngster that steered clear of whatever viciousness is going out in the roads. For her to lose her life just from affiliation or for being at some unacceptable spot and wrong time is simply excessively tragic for us at the present time.”

Womack trusts Frost was with her sweetheart in a vehicle when they were trapped and she was taken shots at short proximity. He said her beau fled from the scene.

“She’s not the primary female to be shot over the most recent two years,” Womack said. “There’s an uptick in viciousness against females locally. We need to get these shooters off the road. They believe there will be no repercussions, no legitimate repercussions.”
A vigil will be held for Frost on Saturday, Oct. 23.
