Matthew Krupa, 27, passed away after Thursday’s mishap, as demonstrated by our sister station KABB-TV. Krupa had started his new position in the Northeast Independent School District the day before the disaster.
His partner, Emylee, revealed to KABB that the people who recognize him best said that the unique thing he revered more than being a cop was his family, joining 10-month-old Rayleigh.
“Anyone I talk to essentially understands that he adores her daughter, was so happy to show her off and pleased to gloat over her,” Emylee said.
According to an award for Krupa, his people do it because he lives in the Nanty Glo region. A funeral mass is being organized at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Mundys Corner, for later in the week.
