Gary Best Death – Former Chief of Staff of the Guyanese Defense Forces, Gary Best was released this evening from the charge of causing the disappearance of cyclist Jude Bentley by dangerous driving.
Justice Rondell Weaver, sitting in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, upheld the unjust accommodation that had been made by Best’s legal counsel, Nigel Hughes.
It was claimed that at around 4:31 a.m. on February 8, at Clive Lloyd Drive, Best was driving a vehicle, PRR 812, in a manner that was unsafe for people in general, causing Bentley to go missing.
