This awful occurrence happened during a shootout outside of Monaco Hookah Lounge in the midtown region. Six individuals have shot altogether as two of them passed on because of their wounds, this included Von. One stayed in basic condition at a nearby medical clinic.
Von couldn’t make it in the wake of being hurried to seek treatment. The youthful rapper was just 26-years of age.
One Suspect Has Already Been Charged with Murder in Von’s Death
On November 7, one day after the deadly shooting in Atlanta, police had the option to get warrants and charge 22-year-old Timothy Leeks with murder for the killing of Von, as per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Leeks wound up being shot also where he was treated at a nearby medical clinic.
“Mr. Leeks is in police authority at Grady Hospital where he is going through treatment for a discharging wound,” Atlanta police representative Marla Jean Rooker “The murder of Bennett is shut with this capture.”
