Carlisle Kelly Killed – Two 17-year-old folks have been caught and blamed for crime in the shooting destruction of an 18-year-old AC Flora High School understudy.
The two adolescents – D’Mari Flannigan and Javienn Coates – will manage arraignments as adults.
John Carlisle Kelly, of Columbia, was found shot to death Thursday, May 27 in the 1000 square of Frasier Street, basically off Bluff Road.
Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said the miserable part is the suspects have no lament.
“They’re sorry they got caught,” the sheriff said. “They wouldn’t fret they shot and killed somebody. They don’t and that is the hopeless part. There is no lament for what they’ve done, they’re essentially hopeless they got caught.”
Lott said Kelly and the two suspects met to do “something illegal” on Walcott Street. He would not demonstrate what they were doing.
